afaik its total. but i havent been popped for anything other than the car being to low and that was 3-4x. i do remember hearing them tell me that if i kept doing it they were going to make it a misdemeanor case

As far as I know VIN's aren't recorded, only way they'd see it for me is looking under my front windshield, I would assume they would use the VIN for stolen cars, or something, your good.

your VIN is always in the same spot on every car. bottom driver side of the windshield //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif yes its on almost every panel too.

Well the second was a school zone, I was going the speed limit, didn't see the flashing lights, he clocked me just as I passed the sign, I slowed to about 37-40 out of 30 (school zone) and he pulls me over maybe 1/4 mile-1mile past the school zone and gave me a ticket. I'm like whatever.

Take pics of your car or keep pics of your car prior to getting the tints. I got a illegal tint ticket in Chicago and I showed him the pics and they threw it out
