got a tint ticket (waivable)

girlfriend has a friend with the same color and style car as me not sure If the year is different or not with no tint

the plan:

switch our plates

take to sheriffs dept and have ticket waived.

Depends on if they are just out to get YOU directly or just a random stop which yield a ticket for tint.

In most cases it will be just fine.

why would they check that tho last time I got a tint ticket he walked outside looked at my windows and signed it off

should work. they dont check vin on any ticket i've gotten. and when i got my tickets for tint and too low of a car they just matched the license plate with the ticket.

yeah for the fix it ticket. but after 2-3 they can give you a misdemeanor charge for it.... well here in cali they can
