Budget RE REs or Single Budget Sub?

Thinking of either going with a type r 15 on 800-900 watts, or 4x RE RE 12s on around 600. Any advice/opinions/input???

get a 15" Fi Q or 2 12" IA 187's or even 4 Fi X 12s.

hm interesting...im kinda limited to a 400$ budget for the amp and sub and was lookin for a sub around 200-250..and probably a mrp1000 so maybe 500 ish. Id prob just get an SSD if i went that route, had one before and loved it on 1k watts. I would LOVE to do 4x 8s.. I have a true bass ultra 8 right now and it impresses me everyday but thats just too expensive to get a buncha sundown 8s

find a pair of either old school re se's or some sa-12s on the cheap, powered by a AP1500D and youll be set. with the right box.

Thats exactly what I was gonna do..my budget is the only limiting factor..and i got 4gauge atm so if I go up to 1k+ i gotta factor in new wiring and maybe even another battery. So a budget ..mini ground pounder is seeming like a fun little project. 2x FI X 15s sounds fun..But ive never heard of them, how are they?
