I own a 03 IS300 with the amplified stock system.

My question is i want to put a new deck, amp, and sub in.

I went to a stereo shop and they told me i would have to replace all my door and rear speakers in order to get my upgrades in is this true or is there some type of bypass for the factory amplifier?
