Around a week ago, when I was listening to music I noticed my sub wasn't hitting. The weird thing is, the amp lights up like normal, and isn't in protection mode. I've checked a couple things and i'm not sure what it could be. *also the sub is a Re audio SE pro 12" dual 2 ohm, wired to 1.3ohms(I dont know where the other .3 came from but thats what it read on the mm.)

Things I have done:

Main power hovers around 11.5 volts

Added 2 more grounds to chasis of the car.

RCA's are good (plugged into door speaker amp)

Sub is good(hooked into another amp)

Fuse under the hood is seems fine all connections are nice and snug.

The fuse on the amp itself I am not sure about, they look normal but have small circle indentions in the middle. (does this mean they are partially blown?)
