I still think he faked it. There were a few articles at MMA-Tracker that went a little in depth on it. Basically he got sick with a life threatening infection, this said infection is supposed to make you lose weight, yet he kept gaining muscle mass while he was sick, and then bam all better just out of the blue.

I actually like lesnar more after seeing the ufc primetime. He doesn't seem so cocky anymore, but i would still like to see him lose based on his previous actions
