Trust me, and you can ask worstenemy, I can get into anything hell or highway. also ophcrack is bootable linux at heart so you can use that disk to try option two that i provided. if option 1 doesnt work then ill give better instructions if needed. also i use this all the time when i fix peoples computers and they dont give me the password.

I'm working on your first option then Ill come back if i didnt get it working

if there is no administrator password in safe mode just log in as administrato in safe mode and delete your bro's password. easy as pie. IF there isn't an admin password on that sucker. once in safe mode go to control panel/user accounts

Download Ophcrack for the right OS.

Then download

The Official ImgBurn Website

and install this

If you havent ever burned an ISO then hit me up. I also have other programs but this will be the easiest.

Install IMG burn and you should be able to double click on the iso file you downloaded for oph crack. when you double click it should bring up a prompt to burn the iso to the disk, tell it yes, etc. Then restart your computer and press F12 at boot, it should ask what you want to boot from. if not go into your bios and set it to boot from CD. it should then go on its own and harvest all the passwords for the computer. If that doesnt work I have other means.
