broken sub from ikesound

today i got my rockford sub from ikesound and when i opened the box the sub was broke all to hell, it was like someone dropped it. Do you think that they exchange my sub for the same one ?

sorry to say this to ya but they will most likely tell you to take it up with whoever delievered it to you.... i am goin to bet it was ups, those guys are #1 when it comes to crushing boxes hence.... UPS = Unite Package Smashers

I ordered a set of alpine comps a yr or two ago. they were advertised ast he wrong size on ebay so I sent them back. Well after 3 weeks went by they had not reimbursed my CC so I called them. An asian guy told me the box was missing a tweeter so they would not reimburse me. I said no way. He said "Not my fault, not your fault". I said bullshit but there was nothing I could do. I got them to send me back the set that is still sitting in teh basement in the box. funny how that tweeter got missing.

ya id never buy anything from ikesound.

I ordered a refurb directed 1100d. Called them about the amp and shipping. It was on back order.

The people on the phone are dicks and it sounds like there business is run at there house.

im staying away from ikesound

they were great to me, i told them my amp was broke and sent it in about a week and a half later brand new brutus at my door...best part was the UPS jumped off the truck with my package on his shoulder, and bam the package hit the ground lol his face was scared shitless cause i was standing right there but i knew it was packed well.

they are shady as ****. their "warehouse" is literally down the street from me. i ordered a jbl600.1 over a year ago and it was fine but they still are shady and assholes!

i have a question about ikesound. i ordered my HU in June 2004 and the preouts on it got ****ed up somehow, could i send that back to them now. i dont think i have the reciept for it, but shouldnt they have that in their computers? i ordered it with a credit card and it had a 2 year warrantee on it.
