BROKEN Focal Utopia Crossover. Need Help :(

A week ago I've posted a thread saying that my tweeter is broke. I didn't have any sound coming from the right tweeter and I thought tweeter was broke. I've switched the crossovers today and right side tweeter worked fine, and left one was messed up. After I switched them back I noticed that one white part out of the right crossover was broken and was just laying there. Could you guys help me is this fixable, would I have to replace the crossover and how much would it cost? Here are some pictures:

Call them.

If you're lucky, there's a dealer in your area that will be able to repair them..

If you're really lucky and somewhat mechanically inclined, they may even be able to send you the missing piece and you can solder it back on.

dont you see the resistor sitting on top of the inductor? that can be fixed in like 1 minute. just get a 30watt soldering iron and youll be up in no time.

Well if youve never soldered anything b4 then i would NOT suggest you do it yourself. Just call them up and see what they tell you.

just rip out the board of the plastic,flip it over,stick in the resistor, resolder it and your done. Not that hard

if you know someone with decient soldering sikills get them to do it.

just rip out the board of the plastic,flip it over,stick in the resistor, resolder it and your done. Not that hard

exactly.

just do it yourself man. just look at the other crossover to see how that resistor is put on and make it look like that one. it will honestly take you a minute to do.

I called WoofersEtc.com today and they told me they will contact me by Tuesday to give me Return Authorization Number so I can ship the item to them. hey if your not shure its always better for them to break it than you.

I don't think they would be happy if I soldered anything on the crossover.
