Broken Alpine CDA-9885

Ok i got an alpine cda-9885 that recently had a cd stuck in it. I got the cd to come up by stucking in another cd partially in. Now though The CD player continues to make a fast clicking noise when the eject button is pushed and it will not take a new cd into the player. I even pushed the reset button on the cd player and still it will not take a cd. Is there a way i can fix this or is there somewhere I can send it to get it fixed?
