Bring back torture

I have seen some sick stuff in the news lately, like the Peterson guy killing his wife and kids, or the 25 guys raping the mentally ill 13 year old girl in Georgia. This stuff is sick and they need to have something sick happen to them. We should bring back torture, that would make them pay. I dont think anybody would be messing with kids if they would face getting their balls fried and cut off.

And when they are tortured, it doesn't need to be behind

Do it televised in the middle of Town Square maybe this will put

some fear into others thinking of commiting crimes.

Sorry guys but this is the USA and it would be the end of the nation as we know it to step down to the tactics of the Taliban and Saddam. Cruel and unusual punishment...banned in the Constitution.

Now if you want a stiffer death sentence law I'm with you. EVERYONE is entitled to justice...the criminal and the victim. This means a FAIR trial...and suitable punishment. Removal from the gene pool is the most productive thing society can do in these situations.

now that we are on this topic of "torture", i have to bring this to your attention. i dont know if you know but the two things i hate most are child molesters and horse radish. aside from that, there is a group out there called NAMBLA. it stands for the North American Man Boy Love Association. i seethe with rage just thinking about these fuking shit ****s and i would love nothing more that to set them on fire and sit there as they burn in agony. the most i would ever do for these sh!t fuks is piss on their face as they squealed in a burning rage. in the great words of Dennis Miller, "We should castrate all of these motherfukers and call them the North American My Balls Lack Attatchment." i truley hate these boy fuker molesters with all of my heart....

What about the people that are wrongfully accused? I dont know about you but if I got framed or I didnt commit a crime and I got tortured for it I personally would be just a tad bit pissed. I think thats why we DONT have toture as a way of persecution because "What about the innocent people convicted of a crime they didnt do?" Just my opnion. Other than that if they can absolutely prove something someone did, so be it torture them for what they did, including child molesters. Thats just wrong.

I agree with you. I don't think we should give anyone the death penalty unless the chance of it being the wrong guy is very very low. I also feel that in older cases all that would like to appeal for a **** or murder case should be able to ASAP if DNA is available to prove them innocent.

I totally agree with you on that one, DNA has proven alot of so-called guilty people innocent and I think they should, if DNA is available it should be immediately tested.

Oh and another thing and I quote,
