I have a Profile AP1040 that I'm thinking of bridging to run 1 set of front speakers off of. I "think" this is possible to do and still keep stereo. Let me run through how I think it would work:
Run 1 set of RCA's outputs to amp. Y off left input and plug 1 input from Y into left input on one "side" of amp...and other Y input to left on other "side" of amp.
Y off right input and repeat using right "side" of each channel.
Wire left speaker positive to fartherst outside positive on channel 1. Wire negative to fathest negative on channel 1.
Repeat for right speaker but use next channel outputs.
So in essance, I'm running 1 speaker off of 1 "side" of the amp and the other speaker off the other side.
Will this work?
