Bridging 2500XXk

has anybody ever bridged an arc 2500xxk down to 2 ohms? If so, howd it take it?

hmmm its an A/B class amp so its not recommended on that amp. But if you tune with a DMM for it to only put out about 500 watts to start with and work it up and see how it takes it... i plan to run mine at 1 ohm bridged this weekend to see what happens

that board in that amp is rated to take 1600 watts told to me from Arc Audio tech.

Well my FI ssd is dual 1 ohm. The amps seems Oh so nice, and its sexy, but I need to be able to take it down to 2 ohm

yeah if the amp wont work then it will go into protect... just try it and start with the gains really low
