Brett Favre: I'm an attention *****

I don't recall him ever getting banned ... Regardless, he still retired ...
It's because of who he is. He has a reported gambling issue, he father gets murdered, then he decides he got nothing to prove? You don't let a player that was the face of basketball go down in flames. He got banned.

I bet you believe that Magic got the package too......

Even if he did get "banned," he was still retired (which was the reason why he came back under 45; 23 had been retired) ...

He was banned for gambling the time you're thinking of.
Second time he just wanted to be away from his wife.
did you just actually say that michael jordan was banned from the nba? the nba did all but beg him not to retire. he quit the first time cause he freaked out over his dad dying and had a mid life crisis. decided he wanted to go live out his fathers dream and try major league baseball. then he remembered what being a father was like and wanted more opportunities to cheat on his wife so he came back haha

hell, even when he played for the wizards he put up good numbers, they just werent as amazing as the typical jordan numbers.

ya..just wait until this year..

easy nfc north??mhhmm ok.. who is that hard in afc east..

lets look the only reasonable excuse you have is "we have the patriots in our conference" and then again that cant be an excuse considering they have cheated for several years.. best record in nfc north last year 13-3 worst 7-9

best record afc east 16-0 cheaters of course so that cant count..

then 7-9

and 4-12..

whos to say your division isnt easy?

ya..play against minnesota and tell me how your run defense stacks up.??

got nothing to say to that shit..they would run all over you and make your dolphins look like bishes crying for help

your saying nfc north is easy, as so is our schedules..

lets see

u guys lost to jets

oakland

houston

cleveland

buffalo

jets again

buffalo again

to me those are shitty teams //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Cleveland was 10-6 last year FYI. Just missed the playoffs and will be spot on to win their divison this year. Have made some of the biggest off season aquistions this off season.

Bears ****, period!

Farve would help them out a lot though and could happen.

I say Farve is a top 10 all time QB, which is a heck of reward anyway. There are so many good QBs of all time.

His generation, he may be the best.

I always hated, well he wasn't as good as Starbach, Frankie T....... Shit that was years ago and the game was so much different back then, simple as that. Can't even compare the game, let alone players.

All time top 5 list would be

Montana

Marino

Elway

Starbach

Young

Da Bores will pick him up faster than a rabbit gets fukked.
1st, the Bears are dumbasses. They wouldn't take Farve unless he played for next to nothing. Besides, he would get crumpled behind our line. The best QB in the world can't do a **** thing without a line, a decent RB, and capable receivers.

reminds me of Jordon being pushed out, smartest thing the Bulls have ever done. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

True about the line part.

Wrong about the recieving core. Farve has taken some, not all, but some mediocre recievers and made them decent.

He did so well last year because he had talented receiving core, but there were plenty of years he didn't and still threw up big numbers.

Didn't you guys pick up a running back in the draft? Maybe I am wrong, can't remember now.

favre hasnt ever had big name receivers on his team. montana aikman young all did. Marino's recorde were surpassed in the same amount of time career wise. brett favre is a better qb than marino. with the talent pool he has had around him i am surprised he would leave this year out of all the other years. I mean montana had rice-HOF WR Aikman had Irvin-HOF wr PLUS Aikman had emmitt smith-HOF RB. brett favre has?? as of late donald driver but name the last pro bowl receiver that was good.

Yeah, but you can't take a 2 year college kid to the bank. He's all we frickin' have.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

Tis is true for the most part.

Marino had Clayton and duper in his hay day.

Then again to be fair, I remember when Sterling Sharpe was having some big years before he retired with Farve. Forgot about him.

when you start talking qb's and receivers you can always debate whether it was the qb that made the receivers good or the receivers that made the qb.

i mean hell look at the browns right now. people actually think derek anderson is a good qb //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif:crap:

He is a decent QB. He did well in college and did well last year, but really anyone who is decent and has a heck of a line, like we do, can do well.

So with that said, who do you think they are going with this year? Quinn or Anderson?
