I remember talking to a kid in my school a while back who was raving about the new Audiobahn 12" he's getting and how he's going to blow out his windows with it. Extremely hard unless there is already a crack or chip etc in the window. A teamate of mine is hitting 159 on the term and the window just flexes a lot. They can take a beating.

the car i was in was going 150 legal on the term-lab, but i cant remember if that was reality or legal... it was set up for reality/drive by, i know he was doing 160 with music.

24 SE 12"s, each sealed in 3/4 cubes, 9 batteries, cant remember what/how many amps. i didnt know it was broken until i got out, because i couldnt see straight lol. i also nearly got sick, i had to get out after sitting in it for a few minutes. and yes i already know... sitting in a vehicle this loud without ear protection was not very smart... and now, heres the video, just wait until the bass starts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

When in high school, I broke the rear sliding glass of my Toyota pickup with 2 MA Audio 12"s (can't remember which ones, they had aluminum cones). I'm sure the inherent looseness in the sliding glass caused enough vibration and movement to cause it to crack. It was a direct result of the bass, but there's no way it would've broken if it were a solid rear glass.

uhhh i dont know if anyone noticed this, but if you read the original post... i think the guy was more thinking along the lines of "how easy is it for someone to break a rear window with a baseball bat to steal my stereo shit"

i have never blew out my windows...I can flex my roof about an 1 1/2" and needless to say my windows do look as if they are gonna blow out. I have had cracks in my windows before but never blew out a window. Then again I have an SUV but my back window still flexes MAJOR!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure on the resonanse frequency of plexiglass, but I think a set of horns could shatter them much easier than any sub.

we think more complex, we want POWER. So as men we assume he's talking about

No, he is talking about the bass breaking the window. By "person" he means the owner of the vehicle. He stated that his amp is "low" and his back window is still "flexing a lot", and these two things do not matter for a robbery...
