Turn on power, plug in CD, listen.

Break-in simply means the time it takes the new suspension to work into its normal compliance, excess glue to burn off the coil, etc. These things will happen on their own. At most you might smell the glue burning off, and the sub will seem to loosen up in the first couple weeks.

All is well, play on.
