Haha, I'm sorry man. No, Spy is company. spyoptic.com . I am a sunglasses nazi and I pretty much only buy Spy now. Great customer service too. If you break a pair and it's out of warranty, they will let you return em for 50% off a new pair. That's how I got one of these.
