Hey, just wanted to introduce myself. Right now I don't have a system hooked up, after some upsetting news (That my new 3-way component were too deep to mount in my vehicle) I decided out with the old and in with the new. I currently have a 1998 jimmy, and I am looking at a couple of cadillacs. A 2002 DeVille and a 1998 Deville. Only ridden the 2002 and will do another test drive tonight. I'm excited for it though, as my friend who got me into car audio said to me "You know, if you get that cadillac I'm thinking... 15's" (I'm a bit of a bass head) Anyway, once I get one of the cars I'm looking forward to showing it off in the build thread.

YO, Caddys have huge trunks so, two 15's is doable. You will have to custom install 3way comps anyways. They will fit. Whats your budget? whats your flavor of music? How loud to you want to be?

Right now, I haven't bought anything new. I like clarity and lots of Lows. Flavor of music... depends on the mood, you know? I like Rap and Reggae. I've seen some of those Demo vids where you can't even hear the music it's just the subs, I like Bass, but I'd like to be able to hear the music. The thing with me with budget is that I'll constantly be upgrading. I'd see a sub I'd like or a set of coax for the rear seats, in the living situation I'm in, I can just save up for 'em and go buy 'em

ok, I would do it in phases. Phase 1, Go buy a nice 4 channel amp and 3way comp set.

I actually already have both a Alpine amp that's 75 RMS on the first 4 and 300 on the sub channel and a set of 3-way eclipse speakers. once again, would have to go look for the model #
