Sold Brand New eD 12a w/ ported box

i have a brand new 12a---never powered up---(eD sent me a new one since old one broke) with the new aluminum backing on the cone. The box is the eD spec ported box (1.5 tuned to 26 Hz) carpeted gray w/ port spray painted black. I am asking 325 + shipping for box and 12a inside the lower 48 only. Or you could chose a 1 cu ft sealed box carpeted black with the 12a; asking 300 + shipping for that in the lower 48.

bump....there's been some interest but nothing final......i may be willing to sell the 12a alone for a good price. remember its brand new in box. taken out of plastic just to check the voice coils and make sure there was no physical damages from shipping.
