hold 1200watts its a dual 2 ohm sub, very sharpe looking, i had the old big bang series in my explorer and it was amazingly louder than i thought it would be, and they have made so many improvements in the 2004 model, its brand new in box with papers and everything 325 shipped obo, i will take offers
