well...it obviously took a heavy hit...the wood was all cracked. most baskets arent too durable anyways...looks like an aluminum casting to me...they arent made to withstand to UPS's abuse... :eek:

No... They don't.

It's literally encased in a wooden crate, the problem doesn't lie in our shipping techniques, it lies in the handling practices of some certain transportation companies. You don't have to look any further than Mark Harrison's B15 to see more proof of the near sadistic nature of some of the parcel carriers - yet the B15 arrived intact. This one didn't fare as well.

Like always, we'll file an insurance claim and get a replacement unit coming ASAP, UPS will take the brunt of this issue.

yea it looked like there was just one fatal blow where they dropped it and just ****ed everything up...nothing could have been done about it.

so, now i repackaged it all and its gettin sent back! free shipping and they are sending another one soon too! its great.

thanks josh for being so cooperative...adire is an A+ company in customer service for sure!
