Box Question

I am in the process of making a new box, I found 2 house stereo boxes in the alley one day with some stock 12" subs that are rediculous. I already have 6x9's and 2 little 4in cheapos that came with the boxes I found. I want to make a new box, dimensions are going to be Length 34" width 18" and height 18". I want to put the 6x9 on the top on each side for left and right, and closer to the seat side put the 4 in also on right to left. Then have on the front side facing seats have the subs. My question is, with having all the speakers like that in one big box, should I put a divider inside the box to allow seperate the air flows.

How could I box them off from it, also I have another question to if I were to do that. I did somehwat think this might happen, could I just build a sperate sealed box for the 6x9's then build it into the big box. another thing is, is it bad to play a song that my 6x9's or subs cant hit, and let them flex with no sound

build a couple small box'es on the back side of your baffle board(where the woofers mount) for the 6x9's and 4's.Your first post was a little confusing.im not sure which way your wanting every thing to fire. as long as the drivers do not hit they're mechanical limit they will be ok to play the lows but you better watch them first to see where the limit is.If your not planning on any form of passive crossover then the littlest driver will probly hit its limit first
