would a really big box be bad for a jl audio sub.. i wanna get a really big box built for my blazer.. so i can get the tail gate not to open i wont have to worry about it bein jacked.. and under my back seat fits an amp perfect.. so uhm.. i was wonderin if it would be ok for a really big box for the sub be built..

umm how big box of a box are you going to build you can fit 11.25 cubes in the back of a blazer without letting the seats down and thats just going to the top of the back seats..what model jl

yea 11 cubes is a bit much. now if u have a jl w0 then no don't do it. but if u have the w7 then u have a better chance. what size of sub?

yeah i changed my mind.. cuz im gonna be gettin paid here a like a week.. $1080.00, so im gonna get a whole setup instead. pioneer and kenwood. yeah there kinda ghetto alot of peeps say but i like em.. so yeah.. and i already have a kenwood cd player from my mom.. and 6x9's from my brother.. so yeah.. peath

You are a man of my blood, i have kenwood dash and door speakers and used to have a pioneer premier sub. They are excellent products i might add. But unfortunately we must move on to bigger better and much more expensive things.
