Box for 4 12's...Phase Issues/Cancellation?

Hey guys...I've got 4 12's I'm looking to put in my tC, and because of space issues I was thinking of building my sealed enclosure with 2 subs firing up, and 2 subs firing back.

I feel like I've seen setups similar to this before, but I've also read about phase issues and cancellation. Would an enclosure designed like this be problematic or hinder output?

Can anyone offer any expertise?
