Well it started out looking nice. Why did add all those screws and not tape off the top edges when painting?

EDIT: Never mind, I see it's a double baffle and you're not flush mounting.

customer did not want flush mount ... and pait on the top of the board was simply dust from paint the port wall it wiped right off

So why all the screws when you're going to be painting? You had the ability to not use them... did you run short on time? Hopefully it all fills well; I look forward to finishing pics.

didnt say i was painting it? and the holes are already filled .. not that hard if u counter sink

and reason for the screws is cause i clamp and screw not just clamp

Fleckstone is a paint. I don't get the point of clamping and screwing. If you want to save time, why not just screw? If you're not worried about time, why not just clamp?

ok if u want to call it paint that is textured to look like stone.. but anyway... i just clamp to hold things in place while i screw and get a good tight bond,,, not about saving time or cutting time its just how i do it
