Yea, thats what the carpet is there for. To basically form a gasket between the plexi and the wood.

u think the carpet itself will seal it enough?

Thick enough to not flex... I dont like to use anything besides 3/4"....

Oh yea. It will have several screws in it as well to hold everything down snug. Never had a problem with it before...

actually... acetate based glues (superglues) form a thermal bond between acrylics

but i can really think of where we could even FIT a window LOL

maybe next time

i will see what i can dream up for the single 12 box... thinking about doing a single DD z12

and putting 12K to it... but that one would ONLY be for the lanes if i decide to do it.
