both subs are DUAL-2-OHM models wired to a 2-OHM FINAL load

Soooo, what's the best amp for me? I was going to get an 1800 watt amp, but my friend said anything over 800 watt amps would blow the speakers. He said to get a 750 watt amp or 600. Help?

800 wouldnt blow them, 1000 wouldnt blow them.... Just make sure u set ure gain correctly

Not sure if I missed it, but what is your budget? Also, you can always get a bigger amp and tune it correctly for lower power in case you want to upgrade subs later on. However, the bigger the amp, the better electrical you will need to back it up.

WTF.. Really people.. OP a ZX750 will be fine. Or a ZX1000 if you have a decent electrical system. Just set your gain correctly and you will be fine. What 1800 watt amp where you thinking? I dont know if I have ever heard of a 1800 rms amp.

OP you can find some really nice used amps on this site. If you want people to let you know what they have for sale you can make a WTB thread. Also you may want to ask if something is good before you buy it. For a bit more money or even less you could of got much better subs. And that WAY to small Kicker prefab but is really shitty
