Bought new computer for $760 from best buy...

Typical conversation with Dell Support ...
"Hello, I have a problem with my computer."

"A derka derka derk, derka derk, da derka derka derk."

"Uhh ... what ?"

"Derk derk derka."

"Huh ?"

"Derka a derka derk dee derk."

"This is Dell support, right ?"

"Derka."

"Bye."
Not if you are Dell Certified. You get the English version of that.

It has been great ever since I got certified, you get to skip all the bs techs in India and get to talk to someone who will actually send you some replacement parts.

But building you own computer is the best way to go.

Want to but have no parts, no expertise (could figure it out easily though) and... LESS TIME! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

maybe calling CS will be a pain with a dell but as said before, i havent ever had any problems with any send out to us that required any type of CS. I've setup over 500 over them, so IMO (of course) they are fine for just a normal end user
