Already Being Used....
I had one in my Grand Prix runnin off a JL 1000/1v1 and the thing sounded amazing. I cant remember exact specs on the box but im guessing around 3-3.5cu and it got really low and really clear. I thought the output was really good, especially considering that car didnt have full folding back seats. ITs been about 4 years since i got rid of it but i remember being extremely happy with it. Only reason i ever sold it back then was to try out the w7.

Great sub, put it in 2-2.5cu/ft tuned in around 30-33hz.

absolutely, iI'm not sure of the exact # it will take, but Boston subs are all conservatively rated, the spg has a 3.5in voice coil with some pretty well designed cooling

I can't see any one actually burping that thing haha. But I've heard people running it on 1500~. Never any first-hand experience myself though. People seem to rave about it!

Awesome sub. The only paralell I can draw is the IDMax, but the Boston has more output. I never really beat the crap out of it since I only ever had it on a Zapco 1k, but even in 1cf with the matching PR@30hz, it was fantastic. Better output in 2.5cf ported though.

If you're leaning more toward the "SQ" part of SQL, then it's a great option. Don't expect too much from it and you'll be a very happy customer.
