crazy loud with 350+ watts on them...sounds amazing but the price tag turns me off

I have a set of Z5's and now I love them. They were a little disappointing when I tried to put only 75 watts/channel to them...

Give them lots of power!!! I'm putting a 551x on them and they love it. They get a lot louder than I thought they would and still sound crystal clear doing it. I've got mine in kick panels.
