Has anyone used this subwoofer?? Boston Acoustics G210-44 DVC Dual 4.

I'm picking one up for $100 brand new in the box. Is this a good deal?

BTW, I'm only building a small system in my truck. Small enclosure under the rear seat, 2 small amps, one for the sub (Kicker ZX300.1) , one for the mids/highs.
