Boston Acoustic Pro50 vs Focal 130v1

Ive narrowed it down to these 2 sets of components in 5.25 for my bmw. Ill be running them off a kicker 650.4 so im not sure which would be better with that amp. Price wise the focals will cost me 130 and the BA 170. I listen to all sorts of music so i need something that will be accurate and sound nice and wont be harsh at high volumes. I have no local shops to listen to any of them so thats why i ask you guys. Thanks

I love my Pro 60's. I say boston from experience, but Focal may be better, never heard them

they will be in 5.25 because i cant fit anything else so i know they wont be close to 6.5 loudness.but which would be able to handle more power continuously..haha i dont know what the hell im saying

Mine handle lots of power grealy. Im using a lanzar vibe 286 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hilarious.gif.02a037aad04aa96f19982b298a3d70a8.gif And they rarely get stinky at full tilt. Id imagine the Pro 50's can handle almost as much.

Both are good sets of comps, the Pro's are 3 ohms so that will draw more wattage from your amp if that makes any difference for you.

Boston Pro will be the better choice if the other option are those Focal polyglass series; no question/confusion about that. K2P's would be more comparable.

yea not sure if you guys know about the microsoft live promotion but they give you 25% off any buy it now auction on ebay...you can search for more details but man its already saved me like 150 bux on a few items..
