Can someone recommend a product or two, that would boost my metabolism and give me an energy boost?

This past year at school i put on unneeded weight, would like to get rid of it during the winter break, before next spring semester...

So something that I can find at like GNC or something would be helpful...

Dont be lazy...

Eat smaller portions of what you currently eat (Still within your diet...dont NOT EAT.)

Work out...get out of your house and off your lazy fat ***. Its not hard to go take a walk 3 to 4o times a week.

Also if you drink a lot...stop.

just eat smaller portions. for breakfast you can eat a large portion, but for lunch and dinner eat less where you're just satisfied and not really full. have snacks in between each meal.

x2 even doing a small amount of exercise per week will make you feel much better.

I need to do this too, I sit on my *** all day and eat eat eat, when i get home i eat eat eat... gotta slow down on the Mt. Dew as well, thats just retained water weight right...

thats the thing, I barely eat...

I only catch one real meal a day, and if I'm hungry I eat crackers...

I don't drink regularly...

My metabolism is just slow...i'm not a lazy **** either...I work on an airport ramp 3 to 4 times a week...not to mention retail as well...

I just can't burn it...

You're leaving something out...stop making excuses.

If you only eat once a day then you must be eating 2k calories in 1 sitting.

Its proven that you will lose weight if you burn more then you eat, but if you dont eat your body goes into starvation made and stores fat.

Its simple...

Eat healthy

Eat smaller portions spread throughout the day

excersize....obviously you arent working out enough and your "jobs" arent doing shit for you.

Get to the gym, walk daily, run 3-4 times a week, go play football...do something to get that heart rate up for an hour or two a day.

Don't have time for a gym, trust me I do enough running at work...and we play basketball out on the ramp during off times...

I do eat large portions though, because I know I only get one solid meal for a day...

Than with your excuses my next statement will be said and hold true...

Enjoy being overweight. The "pills" you are attempting to find are called caffeine pills. They dont work and will end up causing you to be dependent on them.

Your problem is with 1 meal a day your body is goin into starve mode and storing everything you eat in that one meal as fat.

Do whatever you have to to try and get more smaller meals in the day, thats probably your biggest problem right there and may very well fix your issues.
