yo as u may notice im a noob.....i need a sub setup that would wang but with a dead low price....i want 1 or 2 12" subs that would cost around $50 each and a good amp that would be around $200....i want it to be heard as i enter the street...

thanx for ne suggestions

MTX 8000's are your best bet. Theyre about $60 + shipping off ebay... I know its over your $50 limit but you cant really find subs worth anything at that price. Personally, I wouldn't buy any sub for less than $100.

This one kid has 2 MTX 8000's in his SUV and you can hear him coming down the street... but it sounds like crap inside. But if all you want is to be heard a short distance away these would work.

For $200 you can get a decent amp. I would suggest a Hifonics BX1000D, or something by Profile that puts out a decent amount of power.

Don't forget you will have to buy wiring as well. Add about $30 to your total.

You can consider 1 or 2 Pioneer TS-W2000SPL's. I'm running two of them sealed for now and they sound great and get loud. I cant imagine how loud theyll get ported.

You can get them new for about $100 a piece

profile amps have been known to give you cheap power but i don't think they build any amps over 1K watts if you looking for some power go with rockford i like them especially except for their price but hey you get what you pay for
