bolting to floor

this guy is gonna make a thread later today how to fix a gas tank with a hole in it

I did the same as thor. As long as you cut the MDF in the shape of the trunk so it goes in all the side grooves you don't need to secure the MDF down, since it won't be able to move since it has like tabs on the sides. Only thing I put under the floor was a couple 2x4 picese to make the floor level towards the trunk lid. Then put in box tested for best output on the meter and bolted the bixh down.

 
Can work the same way just measure and cut a piece to fit behind third row seating if you have it. Or if your taking seats out measure and cut you a floor. If your worried about seating you can always bolt bench seats back down through the wood.
