Crawfish are the bomb. I'm from hattiesburg miss and we throw that stuff down. you can still order good crawfish overnighted from a couple places.

Have you ever read the ingredients? When it says 'pork' you don't know what portion of the pig they are referring to. Trust me, I knew I guy who worked in that section - he said he'd never purchase another wiener or smokie again.
