Boiled Crawfish

I'm down here in San Antonio, I head over to Louisiana every year or two and throw down all I can eat.

I used to get them in the seafood Alfredo at olive garden, but they stopped putting those in a while ago. I liked them, they taste like tiny lobsters.
those were most likely from CHINA.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/patriotic.gif.b47a6e0394a3738334c387bdf79409f4.gif

Just curious what other states besides right here in Louisiana eat boiled crawfish
What part of Louisiana you from?

Southern tx along your border.
DFW isn't south TX? But southeast TX does do crawfish pretty big

I bet not as spicy as here;)
Not at all I'm sure. I was in Wyoming and I ordered "Etoufee", and they bring out a dry bed of rice w/ onions, bell peppers, and crawfish on top. The waitress couldn't even pronounce it.
