Body shop finally started my car! PICS!

The flames have been taped out onto the car. Just a few flames need to be adjusted to be a bit more curvy. My buddy Bill and I went and did it this morning. I think it looks ok. What do you guys think? Does it not look good on my car?

A few too many tribal flames IMO.

Stick to just a few tribal ones, and more original style. Also, i think it needs a few more separate licks. All the flames come off of each other.

I was thinking the same. I still have a few days to decide before they go on. I'm def gonna redo a bunch of them. Yes, laying them is a b*tch.

i would say leave the amount of tribal as is, and move the one that crosses the hood line a little down, and drop em farther down towards the rocker. BUT if u do that, lengthen them as well.

Not 100% sure of those areas. Only reason I put the arrows in there is if you wanted to bring the entire flame down a little ... taper it a little. I like it the way it is, but it's just another option. But do whatever looks good to YOU ... it's your vehicle and you'll be the one looking at it every day. Makes no sense getting something other than what you want.

Every flame you pointed out are the ones that I was going to shift a little bit. I may change a few more of the tribal ones as well. I just don't want the entire car covered in flames. I think it looks much cleaner just keeping them going to the front door. Originally they were going on the enitre car and tailgate.

I like your idea of just keeping them to the front of the vehicle - I think with your flame design that it would look the best that way.

Yeah not going to two tone it but I just found out the dude who is pinstriping the flames is nasty with an airbrush.... Possibly some skulls going on the hood line.
