Bobybuilders: Come hither

i plan on putting on more than that with no supps this month
Good luck. The Superdrol cycle resulted in 15 pounds of gain and a LOSS in body fat in a 3 week span. This means MORE than 15 pounds of muscle gain. It is a 100% incredibly potent steroid... tends to do that.

I don't care who you are, you won't gain even 15 lean pounds in 4 weeks without steroids. I'll give you a free amplifier if you do it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Heck, I'll sign up for your classes and buy your books if you do that!

I'm stuck around 180 pounds myself... got up to 195 pounds but couldn't maintain it as I get stronger faster than I get bigger and it hurt my joints to lift heavy enough to be that weight. Ideally I'd like to get back down to 170 pounds and just keep it there. I'm too hungry all the time to do it though, so I tend to float in the 178 - 182 area.

As for weight maxing... a guy at my local gym bench pressed 650 pounds completely raw without even so much as wrist supports. I saw it happen... it was pretty scary. Of course he is about 300 pounds and 5'8" tall.

World record bench with full gear on is around 1200 pounds, IIRC. It's getting pretty ridiculous out there.

My personal best was at 17 years old and 175 pounds body weight, a max bench of 350 pounds. I do dumbbells these days usually stopping at 110 lbs each hand for 6 - 8 reps on my last set. My left shoulder doesn't like the flat bench much anymore //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Personal best dead lift was about a year ago at 194 pounds body weight, max of 545 pounds in a pyramid set, no belt, no straps, just chalk and knee supports: 225 x 10, 315 x 10, 405 x 8, 495 x 4, 545 x 1, 495 x 4, 405 x 6 reps. I usually top out around the fourth set now with 495 x 2 reps at a body weight of around ~178 pounds or so.

665 lbs bench huh?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif  //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif  //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/bsflag.gif.21f42eccd34b7d1eb1608fb1b59b69c3.gif
Say what you want. . . . Maybe I can get someone around here in DFW to verify some time.

He benched 605 in Houston this weekend at a competition without his full bench shirt.

It is fun to watch him go in a Gym and bench 315, 405, 495, 585 for reps like it is nothing. . . .

This was two years ago for a state record with no shirt, just wrist straps in the 242 and under class:

Check the website if you still call BS. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

And let me add at the meet this weekend he pulled a 710 deadlift, and squated 771 for a total just shy of 2100 lbs. Said if he would have realized how close he was, he would have benched another 20 lbs just to top a 2100 lb total.

the problem with poeple that takes supplement is that, after being out of the gym for couple month, u body turn all that muscle into fat and it disappears.

That's bs. If you out of the gym not doing shit and eating unhealthy your going to lose what you gained most likely or put on fat, no matter whether you were on supps or not. What you are thinking of is the fact that creatine monohydrate holds a lot of water, which makes you and your muscles look bloated, when getting off of creatine you might notice you drop 5 pounds of water weight within the next week or two.

Also, muslce doesn't turn into fat.
