<< 28hz feels good
I got this beauty from SoCalBean420 but I realized that I dont really need.
Here's how David/TeamPSI discribes this driver...
This is a TC sounds NEO motor, very similar in strength to a TC3000 motor.
It has a 3" 8 layer flatwound coil, D1.4 impedance, that is 2.75" long!!!
I used a 10" spider adpater to allow for the use of the 9.75" x 3" progressive roll spider. It has sewn on heavy gauge leadwire too!
The sub has terminals on the side of it, but they were actually used to make a connection between the leads and the direct connection wiring. This sub would be wired like a DD/AQ subwoofer.
I used a very heavy duty paper/pulp cone and a REAL, raw carbon fiber dustcap.
The basket have been coated with a light touch of black texture and then clearcoated.
This sub will work well sealed, ported and last but not least, infinite baffle. Sealed and ported power handling would roughly be 1500w RMS and somewhere around 1200w when used IB.
2. Specs:
Fs = 26.9 Hz
Re = 2.8 Ohms
Qms = 7.22
Qes = 0.48
Qts = 0.45
Cms = 130.0 uM/N
Mms = 320.0 grams
Sd = 1210.0 cmsq
Vas = 279.4 liters
SPL = 92.1 dB
X-max = 26mm
3. Description/Condition: BNIB
4. Price: :$350 + shipping
