yes it is even though it doesn't have any published specs, guessing Id say 900-1000watts rms @ 4ohms.

im debating it...im looking at a few different amps right now...im short on cash atm so tryin to find the best amp to power my 12" polk sr for the best price...im looking at two other amps right now that will do at least 700rms for about $120-160...if they fall through though ill prob end up sending you a pm...if it were cheaper id just pick it up now for sure...
