im running a 2500d off a stock alti (80 amp?) 0 guage to dual 4 guage power wire and a regular old battery, ive run it @ 1 and 3 ohms, lil dimming when i get crazy but everyday bumpin is trubble free, solid amps. mistake to sell it.imo.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

if you want to win an spl competition you prolly will need to do it all to get anything serious, but for daily bumping with tons of power available for those special moments when a tracks bassline grabs you and you want to test your moofa to its limits, just use good thick power wire (cheating here will hurt you) and enjoy.
