I am about to purchase a 1999 328i and what i want to do is rip out all of the interrior (carpet, seats, panels etc.) and eDead it all.

ive heard its a ***** to get everything off because its all glued or some shit.

anyone done it?

tips. ideas. anything helps.

it'll last as long as you own the vehcile im sure, and the quality is great from what i hear. if i was doing it over again i'd go raamat instead of spending all the money that i did on dynamat.

oh, and its cheap.

eD is cheaper...RAAMmat is 1.75 a foot...eD is 2 a foot for the most expensive.

i dont think you really need to take out everything...just do the doors and trunk because bmws usually come dampened from the factory if you get what i mean thats why theres no road noise really not sure bout the 3 series but my 7 drives like a tank and im about to buy raammat for the trunk

i own a 328i and yes everything is glued inside of a bmw, and its already all soundproofed by BMW. its not a honda civic

Bmw's are **** silent. BUt if you insist, I would recommend using second skin spectrum or something easy to apply over factory deadening.
