BMW E38 750iL One L7 custom ported for ski bag opening

Hello first off I want to stress that I want to push air from the speaker box port through the ski bag opening slot behind the rear arm rest.

1) With that in mind I want to ask does the location of the port matter?

2) I want to keep the box at or under 32" wide • 20dept • 18" high

(With #2 I can open the battery door, Nav door, and hopefully the spare tire can be taken out without box needing to be pulled)

3) Could Home Depo cut the 14.1 square for the L7?

Finally I'd like you to review these rough diagrams... If you'd be so kind.

L7 manual states :

15" L7

STREET BASS

4.5 cu ft + port

3.0 x 16.25" port 14.75" long

Power handling: 1000watt

I've pulled the subs out till I get this nicer, real bad $$$ box you guys on YouTube and forums like this have to slam the trunk with.

Home store will not do interior cuts. You'll have to make sure the port is lined up with the pass through. This pic shows a enclosure I did for a Infinity arm rest pass through.

That the idea, can I put the port at any distance I want away from the sub?

As long as I got the volume of air the manual states it's tuned??

I reed on this site the port can't be on the opposite side of the speaker in the box? Ture?

For that I'm planing on facing the speaker to the left is this efficient?

And The ski bag opening extends from the floor of the trunk to the top so I can use the whole traditional port.

Ok so I myself will cut the 14.1 inch mounting hole for the 15" L7. I want to have a set full idea about the box before I buy and cut wood.
