BLuetooth mic mount location

i have an alpine 900. i put the mic in the upper right hand corner,almost where the oil change sticker goes but the people i talk to say there is alot of echo. should i put it in another location?

first sir, the only dumb question is a question not asked. now back to the question, right in front of my face or more towards the rear view mirror? do people turn down the front speakers and just run the rears when talking on the phone.

if u have an alpine 900 it should turn down the audio automatically.

If its badd move it. Get it as close to your mouth as possible.
