Automate AM-1 factory keyless upgrade alarm system. Turn your factory keyless entry into an alarm. It's a DEI product, but it's what's know as an expedited line. It's only sold to wholesalers/car dealerships, etc. Pretty straight forward install and programming if you're somewhat experienced. $50 shipped, OBO. Only have one of these.
Code Alarm CPL-ITS Shock Sensor upgrade - Add a shock sensor to most factory alarms. I will be willing to verify your vehicle for you. MUST HAVE A FACTORY ALARM TO WORK. Got about 25 of them - $10 shipped, OBO. $5 more for each additional, $100 for all of them OBO. This can also be tied in with aftermarket alarms. Needs power, ground, ignition and door trigger (Or (-) door trigger input to an aftermarket alarm) for install. Optional warn-away feature with horn wire connection.
Vizualogic CiG-Blue Bluetooth HF system - Integrates with most stereos, factory or aftermarket. It is a hard-wired product, so it's not a simple DIN plug. Interrupts the fronts speakers, or shuts off the factory amp/radio (also has (-) mute output for aftermarket decks), and uses the front speakers and a windshield mounted mic for the phone call. I haven't tried this out with some of the iPhone type phones, but I know that it works great with my Samsung Eternity, LG Vu, Samsung Propel, LG nV2, BB Curve/Pearl, and pretty much anything from Motorola, as these are all phones I've used with the system, problem-free. No A2DP support, HFP only. They're going for $200 on eBay when you can find them. One button operation. The button replaces a cigarette lighter, or is mounted in a 24mm hole. Comes with 6 trim pieces to go around the button, 3 black, 3 silver. $100 shipped, OBO. Both for $170 shipped OBO.

Ford factory alarm/keyless entry upgrade - This is a Ford Genuine accessory, and it covered by Ford bumper-to-bumper warranties, or 1 year for those out of warranty. It's either an upgrade to factory keyless entry systems, or a stand alone alarm/keyless system. I have the remotes to go along with it if needed. If you have the keypad on your door, this WILL work with it. I used to front-load these on car lots, entire lots full at a time. They're a pretty solid product, with a pretty minimal service record, at least with the company I ran. They're built very solid, and do have siren outputs, even though they are not packaged with one. They also have what's called a "Real Panic" horn output. It's a sporadic series of horn beeps, rather than a consistent pulse or typical siren sound. It'll get your attention, and we had plenty of passers-by as "What the **** is that?" when they heard it go off. It basically mixes up the length of the horn pulses and pauses in between them. Sounds like someone's trying to butt**** a feral cat while sitting on the horn. Got about 10 of these, as well as a wealth of replacements parts for them, so I'm sure I have plenty of parts to slap together a few more complete kits. Known as the Ford Powercode Alarm system. About $120 online, asking $60 shipped OBO.
