Bluetooth and PDA

OK here may be a stupid question so dont laugh at the "Old Guy" just havnet done much car stereo shopping.

I am looking for a new stereo for my car and would like bluetooth, one for the phone capabilites, the other not sure if it will work.

I have a Palm Tungeston PDA with blueTooth, can I stream music from my PDA (via bluetooth) wirelessly (using MP3 player software) directly to my car stereo. If so will the phone work at the same time, If so which units are capable of this.

I also like this USB feature some units come with(esentially I hate wires) to plug thumb drives in, any advise as how well these work?

I know some broad questions but a newbie here
