Blu-Ray?

:cool:I think its awesome, what type of monitor are you going to be watching on?

They do have a short load time b4 the movie begins, but its been so quick I never really cared.

Once you begin watching in HD you really don't want to go back

Well with upscaling it makes things alot easier, cuz honestly there is not enough true HD content out there.

Most streamed "HD" content is 720p, upscaled to 1080p depending on the device.

I thought about getting Netflix, how much does a subscription w/ blu-ray options cost?

You don't need Blu-ray options. their starting plan is $10. The $5 one is just dumb.

The BR option is the same as regular DVD, which is the beauty of it. I've got the 3 BR at a time option (~ $15/month) and you get a 2 week free trial as well. If I pace it correctly I can get 12+ BRs per month.

It's a beautiful thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

What you do is upgrade to the 6 at a time the last week of the month and only pay the pro rated price. Then before the 1st, drop back down to your normal plan.

Word, I have a PS3 and a Panasonic blu ray stand alone and love it!

At first Net flix was slow about the Blu ray, but seemed to have gotten better with it.

I will never get rid of my netflix, that is for sure.
