I'm not really sure. I'm going to grab my dmm and see what the coils read. I did the 9volt test and got no responds but there's no scratching when pressing on the cone either. Maybe the tinsels are broken or something stupid, I just got it in my hands and it wasn't my sub. I'll try to figure out what's up.

Just put the DMM to it and got nothing on both coils. I'm guessing they snapped somewhere, either way it's blown.

Oh and in the pictures there's some marks on the motor and it's not just the camera, they're actually on there but they'll probably come off, it has no scratches on it and the magnet doesn't have huge chips or anything like that. The basket is in really good shape as well.
