Ok let me get this straight. You accidently hooked up a 12 volt power wire (that is fed from your battery) to one of the speaker outputs from the internal amp on your HU, And now you suspect the internal amp is blown on the head unit. Is this what you are saying? If so the about the only way you can get it fixed is to send it to the manufacturer. Or if it is a nice hu and had 2 or 3 sets of preamp outputs you could get yourself an external amp(s) (assuming your preamps are still good) to power your speakers, Which would probably sound way better than the HU amp.

Were did you get this HU and what kind is it?

noo, it wasn't a 12volt from the batt. it was a wire that went form the lights or somthing, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif cuz the only time it sent power was when the lights were on.. soo thats where the power came from..IDk about the internal head unit being blown or what not, but i get no sound form the HU at all...it's a pioneer 6400..

well i'ma get it fixed some how, either by myself cuz i know the company that they buy erething from so i can buy what ever part i need which is cheaper than getting it fixed by someone else
